1. General

am2pm GmbH voluntarily offers its customers a 30-day return policy.
This right applies exclusively to purchases made through the online shop. am2pm.ch and exists in addition to the statutory warranty claims.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal (as in the EU) in Switzerland.

2. Cancellation period

  • Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the goods.
  • The cancellation must be made in writing to: info@am2pm.ch

The timely submission of the application is crucial, not the arrival of the return receipt.

3. Conditions for a return

A return is only possible if:

  • The product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories are fully present
  • No signs of wear are visible.
  • The return was registered on time.

The inspection takes place after the goods arrive at am2pm GmbH.

4. Exclusion from the right of withdrawal

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • opened or used products
  • Hygiene, health & Erotic products
  • perishable goods
  • personalized products
  • Products that were specially ordered for the customer
  • Items that cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons

5. Return of goods

Returns should be sent to:

  • The customer bears the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on the part of am2pm GmbH.
  • Shipments sent without postage or with incorrect postage will not be accepted.

6. Refund

After successful verification of the return:

  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Processing takes place within up to 30 working days.
  • In the case of a partial return, a proportional refund will be issued.

If the return criteria are not met, am2pm GmbH may refuse a refund.

7. Exchange

A direct exchange is not possible.
For replacement items, a new order must be placed in the online shop.

8. Damaged or incorrectly delivered goods

Please report any damage, defects or incorrect deliveries within 7 days:


  • including photos of the damage
  • to the contact address: info@am2pm.ch

am2pm GmbH decides on replacement or refund.
