► Shipping & Delivery

After shipping you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Depending on the product, DHL, Gebrüder Weiss or other reliable partners.
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 79. Otherwise the shipping costs are CHF 8.90

Since we ship all ordered items together, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest Delivery time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation from us as soon as your order is dispatched.
Should delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform you immediately.

Partial deliveries:
For environmental reasons, we always ship all products from your order in one delivery. This saves fuel and avoids unnecessary packaging waste.
However, if it becomes apparent that individual products will be unavailable for an extended period of time, we will distribute your order across multiple deliveries.
This will of course not incur any additional shipping costs for you.

As a rule, we only deliver in Switzerland and Lichtenstein. We also deliver worldwide upon request.
Yes, DHL Packstations are possible (except for oversized items).

► Return & Refund

Obtain a return label:
You can download the return label here. >>> Return slip
If you have a customer account, you can download the return label from your account under the "Return Label" category. Otherwise, you can download the return label via Contact form or by email to info@am2pm.ch Request a return. Please fill out the return form completely and send it to us securely packaged with the original goods. Upon receipt, we will inspect the return and issue a refund.
Repayment is always made using the payment method originally chosen. Usually within 1-5 business days of processing.
Open hygiene and food products as well as certain categories (e.g. erotic products) are excluded.
