In one serving of the product, you will find up to 15 000 milligrams of collagen and 3200 milligrams of micro-encapsulated MCT oil, extracted from 100% coconut.

Type I and III collagen are the most important types of collagen found in the human body - type I is included in the structure of tendons, bones, skin and subcutaneous tissue, while type III is found in blood vessels, muscles and skin. The hydrolysed collagen contained in our supplement is highly purified collagen peptides. The formula contains up to 18 amino acids, including high levels of glycine, proline and hydroxyproline, which are essential elements in the body's collagen production process.

In addition, the food supplement contains MCT oil, extracted 100% from the coconut palm fruit Cocos nucifera with an exceptionally high content of two valuable medium-chain fatty acids: min. 1600 mg caprylic acid (C8) and min. 1100 mg capric acid (C10) per daily serving. The MCT oil has been subjected to
micro-encapsulation technology, using Acacia gum, a natural ingredient extracted from senegal acacia (Acacia senegal).

You will find the dietary supplement Collagen I & III + MCT in the form of a powder to be measured with the included measuring cup. The recommended daily serving of the product is 1 scoop. Dissolve the powder in 200 ml of water, your favourite drink or add it directly to your food. Each pack contains 400 grams of product, which is enough for 20 days of supplementation.
