Mixture of instant BCAAs (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, emulsifier sunflower lecithin), acidity regulator citric acid, maltodextrin, flavouring, sweeteners sucralose and acesulfame K, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, colour beta-carotene.
This product may contain traces of soy and milk protein.

BCAA 2:1:1 Core Recommended Use:
Mix a dose of 5g with 250 ml of water 15 minutes before physical performance or immediately after workout. The drink may also be consumed during physical activity. Maximum daily dose is 5g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Mix the recommended dose well with water.
