Creatine increases physical performance during short, repeated, high-intensity exercise when taken in doses of at least 3 grams per day

Dozens of athletes have already used it – and not by accident!

Creatine (methyl-guanidine acetate) was first isolated from meat in 1832 by French chemist and philosopher Michele Eugene Chevreul. He named his discovery creatine, referring to the Greek word kreas, meaning meat.

Approximately 60-70% of the creatine in our bodies exists in the form of free creatine, while the remainder is present in a phosphated form .
Creatine has been proven to contribute to improved athletic performance, making it one of the most popular supplements among weightlifters. Creatine increases physical performance during short, repeated, high-intensity exercise when taken in doses of at least 3 grams per day.

Since its introduction to the sports nutrition supplement market, creatine has been one of the most researched performance-enhancing substances .

The majority of creatine in our body is found in the muscles, with smaller amounts also present in the liver, brain, heart muscle, bones, and testicles.
Our body also produces arginine, methionine, and glycine amino acids in the liver and kidneys, in amounts of approximately 1 gram per day. For athletes, this amount should be supplemented with 3-5 grams per day to achieve the desired extra effect.

Creatine can be a good choice for strength sports, combat sports, or athletics, where explosive short-term exertion plays a major role.
It can be used by both women and men, taking into account the recommended use and warnings.

In addition to improving athletic performance, the positive physiological effects of creatine are being studied in many areas of life, making it a universal supplement for everyone.
