The Omen! Fat Burner Recommended Use:
Take 1 capsule with water, twice daily 30-60 minutes before a meal. For best results use daily for 60 days. Regular exercise and a balanced diet is essential for achieving your weight loss goals. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. Results may vary. Do not take within 4 hours of bed.
