Collagen - Hydrolysed Type I & III Collagen Recommended Use:
Recommended daily intake: 1 sachet (22 g) daily. Dissolve the content of sachet in 200 ml of water or add directly to food. Add product to your favourite smoothie, cereal or dessert.
