OMEGA 3 + D3 SPORT EDITION is a dietary supplement containing omega-3 fatty acids obtained from ocean fish oil and vitamin D, dedicated to athletes practicing endurance sports , i.e. running, swimming, cycling.
Omega-3 fatty acids included in the OMEGA 3 + D3 SPORT EDITION supplement are:
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA),Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Both of these acids contribute to the proper functioning of the heart muscle . Consuming omega-3 fatty acids also supports the maintenance of healthy eyes. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 250 g of EPA and DHA per day.
Vitamin D contained in this supplement supports the proper functioning of the immune system and muscles, and the maintenance of healthy bones .
Recommended daily portion is 1 capsule.

Recommended use: Take a single serving of the product - 1 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 1 servings daily, preferably during or immediately after a meal.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Food supplement intended for a healthy adult population up to 75 years of age. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. keep this packaging tightly closed in a dry place, at the temperature of 15–25° C. Keep out of the reach of children.
