Recommended use: 1 capsule twice daily, drinking with a large amount of water - after breakfast and lunch.
Warnings: The product is recommended to adults as a food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. A varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Keep out of reach of children. Thermo Speed Extreme contains caffeine. Not recommended for children below 18 years old or pregnant women (caffeine content 200mg/ 2 capsules). In addition, the product is not to be used during nursing, in case of circulatory system diseases, hypertension or in case of hypersensitivity to any formula ingredient. Do not exceed a daily intake of 400mg of caffeine from all sources and 200mg of caffeine in a single dose. Do not use before bedtime or during the immediately preceding hours before sleep. Do not consume a daily amount of 800mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate or more. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
