Multivitamin & Minerals Woman is a unique complex of active ingredients providing 11 vitamins and 11 minerals, designed with the needs of the female body in mind. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Vitamin A, biotin, zinc and iodine help to maintain healthy skin. Vitamin C, vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, biotin, pantothenic acid and iron, copper, iodine contribute to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism. Osavi’s Multivitamin and Minerals Woman has been enriched with added choline (VitaCholine™), inositol, coenzyme Q10, lutein and standardised plant extracts. Shatavari root extract is standardised for saponins, that from cranberry fruit for valuable proanthocyanidins, and extract from knotweed flowers for resveratrol. The angelica (Dong quai) contained in the supplement is known as the female ginseng. Plus, in Multivitamin and Minerals Woman you will also find the BioPerine® complex, which increases the bioavailability of the nutrients, and other substances in highly bioavailable forms, such as Quatrefolic®, or fourth generation folic acid. In this food supplement you will not find gluten, GMOs, lactose, soya or unnecessary additives, as well as ingredients of animal origin. The recommended daily serving of Multivitamin and Minerals Woman is 3 capsules. Take them after a meal and sip them with water. This supplement is available in a pack that will last one month (90 capsules) or two months (180 capsules).

Recommended use: Swallow the capsule with a glass of water. We suggest taking three capsules daily. Best taken after a meal.
