Hot Blood Recommended Use:
Mix 2x1 serving (2x12.5g, 2x1 scoop) of Hot Blood Hardcore powder with 2x200 ml of cold water daily. The drink is slightly carbonated, so open the cap every 5 seconds when shaking to avoid accidents. Consume one serving 30 minutes before training and one during training.

Warnings:
High caffeine content - 150 mg caffeine per serving.  Not for use under the age of 18 or those with medical condition and or taking medications. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Not recommended for people with heart disease, hypertension or caffeine sensitivity. Do not use if pregnant, or nursing, and if food supplements containing betaine are consumed the same day.  Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. After opening, do not remove the silica bag.
