Ingredients: Branched Chain Amino Acids (of which L-Leucine, of which L-Valine, of which L-Isoleucine), L-Glutamine, Branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine)(60%), L-glutamine (24%), capsule shell (glazing agent - hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose); anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids. The product may contain: milk, soybeans, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
Recommended use: Take a single serving of the product - 6 capsules with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily. On workout days: 1st serving 30 min. before a workout, 2nd serving directly after a workout. On non-workout days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, 2nd serving at bedtime.
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Keep this packaging thightly closed in a dry place, at the temperature of 15-25°C. Keep out of the reach of young children. Protect from light and moisture. After opening consume within 3 months.
