The Ripper Recommended Use:
Mix 1 saschet with 6-8 oz (180-250 ml) of cold water. For best results, take 30-60 minutes before meals with the first serving before breakfast and the second serving lather in the day. Use in conjunction with a reduced calorie diet and exercise program. Do not exceed 2 servings per day. Use only as directed.
