Recommended use: Dissolve a single serving of the product - 25 g (4 scoops) in 400 ml of water, using a shaker. Use 1 serving a day. On training days: 1 serving 30 min. before training or 1 serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving 30 min. before the first meal or 1 serving 30 min. before the main meal. Warning! Do not use before going to bed!
Warnings: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not use in the case of cardiovascular diseases or hypersensitivity to caffeine. Do not mix with alcohol! A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Sunset Yellow FCF may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. The product may contain allergens such as: milk, soy, wheat, barley, eggs, peanuts and nuts.
