The Maximum Krea-Genic Powder contains high-quality Krea-Genic creatine, combined with pure taurine and beta-alanine. Creatine occurs naturally in the body, especially in the muscles, where it acts as an additional energy store. Thanks to this additional energy, physical performance can be increased during speed training as part of short-term intensive physical exertion by consuming 3 g of creatine daily. Beta-alanine is converted in the body into, among other things, the dipeotide carnosine, which is mainly found in the muscles and probably serves primarily as a pH value buffer. Beta-alanine works synergistically with creatine and is therefore the optimal addition to the well-thought-out formulation. Taurine is an aminosulfonic acid that, like creatine and beta-alanine, occurs naturally in the body.

May contain traces of milk, lactose, gluten, soy and egg.
Recommended use: Mix 7,9g powder (1 level measuring scoop) with 200 ml water. 1 serving per day, preferable before workout. The recommendation is for 6 weeks. Then take a break for 2-4 weeks.
