Buffered creatine monohydrate (Kre-Alkalyn pH Corrected Creatine), L-tyrosine, capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), cocoa seed extract (Theobroma cacao L.) with 6% theobromine, anhydrous caffeine,  green coffee seed extract (Coffea arabica L.) with 70% chlorogenic acid, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Kre-Alkalyn Performance Recommended Use:
Take 1 capsule daily with a glass of water. Take preferably in the morning.
