Ingredients: BCAA 2:1:1 (of which L-Leucine, of which L-Isoleucine, of which L-Valine), Vitamin B6, Instant BCAA 53.1% (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, emulsifier: lecithins), bulking agent (cellulose gel), coating material [stabilisers (polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol-graft-co-polymer, polyvinyl alcohol), anti-caking agents (talc, mono- and digylcerides of fatty acids)], anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.
Recommended use: Take 4 tablets daily. On training days take 2 tablets 30 minutes before your training and 2 more tablets right after your workout. On resting days take 2x2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Warnings: Food supplements do not replace a balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Store product tightly closed in a cool, dry place. After opening do not remove the silica bag!
